Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies!

 Today we have a tasty recipe for you! AND, it's gluten-free and dairy-free! 
Yay!

They taste buttery and they're chewing and basically all around delicious. 
Let's get to it.

Head Red + Blondi

You will need:
  • 1 cup of salted peanut butter {crunchy or smooth}
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 egg {beaten}
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips {dark or milk}
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla 
It's as simple as that! Remember, if you do choose milk chocolate chips, the cookies won't be dairy-free anymore.

Okay first preheat the oven to 350 degrees, then mix everything together:

Once everything's combined, roll the dough into balls and gently smash slightly flat.

Sprinkling the uncooked cookies with course sugar in optional.

Bake for 6-8 minutes until golden and puffed around the edges.
