Chocolate Macaroons with Chocolate French Buttercream

Hello everybody!

For the past month, I have been reading and baking out of a wonderful cookbook, Thomas Keller & Sebastien Rouxel's BOUCHON Bakery.

There are so many beautiful and amazing recipes in this cookbook.

And my goal, is to bake every recipe in the book.

There is:

* Cookies - 11 10 recipes 

* Scones & Muffins - 11 recipes

* Cakes - 14 recipes

* Tarts - 10 recipes

* Pate A Choux - 9 recipes

* Brioche & Doughnuts - 8 recipes

* Puff Pastry & Croissants - 12 recipes

* Confections - 13 recipes

So, I will bake one recipe once a week.

I am looking at this goal, as a good experience, and hopefully, lot's of fun. 

{altogether that's around 87 recipes}

So far I have made the Macaroons in the Cookie section of the book, and they were so good!
